| The problem with stage lighting is that you can't see much FROM the stage -- at least from way back behind the drumkit. With all those lights in your face, you can pretty much see the front row or two of the crowd, but beyond that, it's all shapes and shadows.
Thank god, therefore, that the following happened in the front row of the Clarendon Grill, where we could see it in all its glory.
We know her name, but we won't mention it. We obviously know what she looks like, but we won't describe her (other than to say she was hot, which makes all the difference).
We WILL, however, tell you how she, obviously rocked and possibly on ecstacy, stopped dancing in the middle of one of our songs, stood still right in front of Adam, put one hand down her pants, and then slowly moved it up and down in long strokes with unfocused eyes for 5-10 seconds.
THIS is why, after seven years of doing this, we still keep coming back for more. |
